With an extensive 30-year career in healthcare investment banking, accounting, and tax, Greg brings a wealth of experience to his role as Managing Director at Helix Health Capital Advisors. His career includes spearheading the national healthcare investment banking practice at Green Manning & Bunch, where he led over 30 pivotal M&A transactions, financings, and advisory assignments. His tenure at Bear Stearns was marked by managing significant M&A deals and various debt and equity undertakings.
Prior to these roles, Greg honed his skills in tax compliance at Ernst & Young and accounting management at Marriott. His board memberships are extensive, including roles at OrthoColorado Hospital, Omega Hospital, Diathrive, and Livestock Labs, an innovative Australian biometric sensing company for the livestock industry. His leadership experience also includes serving as the president of the CoBiz Cares Foundation.
